QA Lead (PEGA Testing)

As a QA Lead, you will make an impact by testing medium to large projects using multiple delivery channels across various platforms, configurations, and environments. Assess the risk and quality of changes and improvements of existing applications and processes.

In this role, you will: Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts for PEGA applications. Responsible for Managing end-to-end Testing for Pega Development. Responsible for performing the Onshore QA Lead role. Identify, document, and track defects found during testing. Coordinate with offshore team, client, business, and internal collaborators. Responsible for working with TDM, and upstream teams to get test data. What you’ll need to succeed (required skills): Overall 8 to 12 years of QA experience with a focus on PEGA Testing. Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in PEGA testing. Should have Pega QA lead experience and lead Pega engagements. Strong understanding of PEGA technology, especially testing of PEGA workflows, rules, and integration points. Strong knowledge of various Pega PRPC concepts and rule types like Activities, Functions, Data Transforms, Authentication Services, Reporting, Agents and Ruleset Management. Must have recent automation experience of 5 years using Selenium. Experience in test automation frameworks and tools, specifically for PEGA applications. Should have excellent knowledge of Java core concepts and understand Azure pipeline execution and result analysis. What will help you stand out (preferred skills): Good to have experience in Pega Infinity. Banking domain experience in asset management operations domain. Working arrangements
