Qualifications
Quality Assurance II
10+ yrs. Experience in software Testing with 3+ yrs. Experience as Release Test Manager. Credit Card domain background is a must.
Amex experience is preferable.
Must have good knowledge on SDLC and QA process of projects from initiation to implementation.
5+ yrs. hands-on expertise in development and execution of test approach, reporting, test plans with milestones, and coordination with all collaborators.
Subject matter expertise on Testing and QA processes, preparation of test strategies including test data and test environment.
Hands on experience with managing the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles into the design and development of software and IT processes for the team.
Proven experience in monitoring, and analysis of testing quality metrics such as defect, defect counts, test results, and test status.
Experience in debugging with tools like POSTMAN, SOAP UI, REST Assured etc.
Proficient with agile testing reporting tools like Rally, JIRA, ALM, SharePoint, Confluence etc.
Roles & Responsibilities
Involve in business features grooming, refinement, architectural runaway sessions, program increment planning sessions with project collaborators to understand the project requirements.
Identify the interdependencies between platform teams and plan for project test execution and delivery.
Prepare test timelines, strategy and plan and collaborate with testers on the test cases preparation and review with business.
Perform test management for end-to-end test execution. Lead defect triage calls and work with platform teams to fix the defects.
Build Power BI reports for test status and program health check report.
Apply debugging tools to validate the API’s
