You will be responsible for overseeing quality program & ensure quality standards are being met from a regulatory and client standpoint. Pay: $100,000 - $120,000/year Location: Chino, CA Responsibilities: + Create schedule for resources based off production. + Perform investigations of customer complaints and non-conformances. + Oversee the CAPA program and implement solutions. + Develop training for QA Team & ensure that compliance with protocols and procedures + Interface with customers and respond to all inquiries.
