QA Manager - Supplier Management (f/m/d) 

 

In this crucial role, you will oversee quality activities for alliances and contracting, manage quality agreements, handle supplier notifications, and maintain the supplier management system for global vaccine suppliers. This role supports global supplier management oversight for Qdenga and established vaccine programs, and interfaces with supplier qualification activities from beginning through the entire lifecycle. 

 

 

How you will contribute:  

Manage quality agreements, supplier change notifications and maintain accurate supplier management system records 

Support global supplier oversight for Qdenga and other established vaccines programs 

Lead supplier qualification activities, including initial qualifications and lifecycle management

Ensure timely implementation of changes by collaborating with the Supplier Notification of Change (SNC) team

Manage the establishment and maintenance of quality-related contracts

Partner with stakeholders and internal team members to enhance quality and compliance, at VBU global suppliers and contract testing labs

 

 

In this position you will report to the Head of External Quality Vaccines. 

 

 

What you bring to Takeda:  

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, pharmacy or related field  

5+ years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance and/or Compliance within GMP environment

Experience working in GMP laboratories preferred biological labs or Quality Control labs 

In-depth understanding of suppliers and contract-labs for informed, timely decision-making 

Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and clear communication skills

Excellent English and German language skills
