What you'll do as: QA/QC 3 Tech
- Creates QC Procedures for batch inspection, product sampling and testing.
- Makes recommendations and remedies for questionable products.
- Compares results of inspections and tests to company’s quality standards; reports results to supervisor for final analysis and action steps.
- Training team members on inspection processes
- Learns how to develop, maintain, and post log, chart, and form detailing quality levels, inspection data, and results of special quality studies for review by line mechanics, supervisors, and other production staff.
Work Experience
The preferred candidate might:
- Minimum 3 years of QA experience
- Certification in Six Sigma, Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, or Quality Improvement
- Bachelor's in quality assurance or related field
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Proficient with data entry and inventory software
