We are assisting a leading contractor in their search for a highly experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to oversee and manage the quality processes across the organisation’s projects. As QA/QC Manager you ideally have a strong background in quality management, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality systems ensuring the highest standards are met throughout all stages of the projects.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements.
Manage a region-wide Quality Management system across EMEA, integrated within the overall Management System.
Collaborate with Process Management to document and improve processes and the Internal Control Manager for the further development of internal controls.
Ensure all processes are documented, consistent, and align with industry standards and company policies.
Lead the continuous improvement of the QMS to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Establish and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures including internal and external audits, to verify compliance with established QMS, industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Supervise and manage all QC activities, including inspection, testing, and verification of installations & services.
Prepare regular reports on quality performance, including key quality metrics, audit findings & status, for relevant senior management.
Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
Qualification in Quality Management and relevant standards.
Strong knowledge of QMS standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO PCI DSS, EN 50600, TIA 942, industry regulations, and best practices.
Strong communication skills in English & in Dutch to effectively communicate with our Dutch-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
Proven experience in leading audits & quality assessments.
