About the Role:Develop and implement quality assurance plans.Outline procedures to maintain consistent quality throughout the project development.Perform testing and inspection at various stages to ensure compliance.Communicate quality issues to management and collaborate with teams to address problems.Provide training on quality procedures to maintain quality and safety within the organization.About You:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.7+ years of experience in delivering QA/QC projects.Forward Planning: Plans for business activities; anticipates resource requirements; builds in contingency and flexibility. Enabling Delivery: Retains a strong focus on delivering results to high standards despite constraints or setbacks; monitors and controls performance; uses resources effectively to ensure deliveryChange Orientation: Responds positively to change and new ideasBuilding Relationships: Establishes and nurtures harmonious relationships both externally and internally.
