Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough site audits and inspections for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare detailed audit reports, documenting findings, non-conformities, and recommendations for corrective actions. Review project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and construction schedules, to identify potential quality issues and risks. Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and site supervisors, to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions. Monitor and track quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement quality control procedures and checklists to ensure consistent quality standards. Participate in quality assurance meetings and reviews to discuss project progress and quality issues. Stay updated on the latest industry standards, codes, and regulations related to MEP systems.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field. Over 3 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in building construction projects, preferably in MEP systems. Strong understanding of construction industry standards, codes, and regulations, including relevant building codes and safety standards. Proficiency in using quality management tools and techniques, such as root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and statistical process control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with project teams and stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD, BIM software, and quality management software. Ability to travel to construction sites in Thailand. Good command of English.
