Let’s get started! **What You’ll Do** As a **QA/QC Intern** , you’ll play a key role in supporting our **Quality Assurance and Quality Control** team while gaining hands-on experience in **construction quality management** . Working alongside experienced professionals, you will contribute to ensuring compliance, improving processes, and maintaining high-quality standards on our projects. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities: + **Quality Control Procedures:** Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and documentation. + **Construction Inspections:** Support the QA/QC team in conducting inspections of construction activities, including materials, equipment, and workmanship. + **Material Verification:** Aid in reviewing and verifying the quality of construction materials to ensure compliance with project specifications. + **Corrective Action Tracking:** Help track and document corrective actions and resolutions. + **Documentation & Reporting:** Participate in the preparation and review of quality documentation such as test reports, inspection records, and checklists. + **Inspection Coordination:** Assist in coordinating and scheduling site inspections and audits. + **Safety & Compliance:** Support the QA/QC team in ensuring compliance with safety regulations, codes, and industry standards. + **Project Meetings:** Attend and participate in project meetings and provide updates on quality control progress. + **Additional Responsibilities:** Perform any additional tasks as required by the **QA/QC Manager** or team members. **What You Bring to the Table** + **Education:** Currently pursuing a degree in **Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field** . + **Technical Skills:** Basic understanding of **construction processes, safety standards, and quality control principles** . + **Attention to Detail:** Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for quality assurance. + **Teamwork & Communication:** Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with various stakeholders. + **Software Proficiency:** Familiarity with **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** .
