Proclinical is seeking a QA Specialist to join our client's team on a contract basis. This role focuses on managing and executing Quality System-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory standards. We are looking for someone who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to drafting and reviewing procedures.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and execute Quality System-related projects within defined timelinesDrafting, reviewing, and finalizing new procedures to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements

Key Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor (B.Sc.) or Master (M.SC.) in natural sciences or related fieldSignificant work experience in a GMP regulated environment, preferably within a Quality System unitAbility to interact with several stakeholders and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyVery good knowledge of written and spoken English; German as an advantageProficiency with Microsoft tools - especially Excel and Power Point
