Located in St. Louis, MO Contract to hire **Pay:** $27-32 **Key Responsibilities** + Lead, document, and close internal investigations and external customer complaints. + Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs). + Drive timely completion of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and ensure effectiveness verification. + Review test data for chemical analyses as part of investigations. + Develop and update SOPs and work instructions, and conduct related training. + Maintain and analyze CAPA database trends to identify and mitigate recurring issues. + Work closely with departments including Production, Packaging, Engineering, QA, QC, and Maintenance to resolve quality concerns. + Participate in daily quality meetings to communicate status updates and emerging trends. + Generate and present weekly investigation reports and monthly failure metric reports. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field. + 3+ years of experience in a regulated pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing environment (preferred). + 2-3 years of direct experience in conducting investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA execution in an FDA-regulated setting.
