QA Specialist
Experience in Insurance Industry (P & L) Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle. Document and track defects using appropriate tools, providing detailed and actionable reports to the development team. Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels to understand and articulate business and functional requirements. Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback to development and product teams. Document and report testing results, defects, and other relevant information in a clear and understandable manner. Facilitate effective communication between business, development, and QA teams to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements and issues. Attend defect triage calls with the development team to ensure effective resolution of issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies. Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.
