Overview
Manages the Calibration Program for all Idaho manufacturing plants. Responsible for conducting and maintaining calibration for scales, balances, dataloggers, etc., in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Essential
Perform routine calibration on equipment.Conduct tests and inspections of equipment and processes to evaluate quality or performance and determine causes of measurement errors.Maintain primary and/or intrinsic calibration standardsDevelop, follow, and train on calibration procedures and methodsCollect, compile, and report measurement dataIdentify out of tolerance conditions and perform corrective action in accordance with established procedures.Maintain calibration tracking system for all devices, to include facilitating vendor calibrations.Support multiple manufacturing sites

Essential
Associates’ degree or 1+ years industry Quality Assurance experience in GMP manufacturing environment. Certified Calibration Technician (CCT) certification desirable.A working knowledge of Federal Regulations regarding the manufacturing and distribution of drug products and/or dietary supplements.Ability to work independently.Excellent attention to detail.Excellent verbal and presentation skills.Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects in a fast paced setting.Computer word processing, spreadsheet, and report writing skills.
