We are looking for an experienced quality assurance leader with a track record of delivering PC compatibility services on a portfolio of both in development & live titles. In this role, you will first define, and then support the implementation of PC Requirements for Amazon Games in close collaboration with development teams, functional QA and hardware providers. It's an opportunity to drive and set a quality benchmark for Amazon Games releases on PC through test strategies, test executions & defect reporting.

Key job responsibilities
- Create and maintain PC Requirements for Amazon Games titles, based on market evolution and competitive intelligence
- Build and maintain a PC Compatibility Lab featuring state of the art technology
- Define resource plans and manage resources to correctly cover assigned projects on their timelines
- Deliver complete testing coverage, and ensure the reporting of PC specific defects with high accuracy and efficiency, on projects portfolio.
- Own quality of project status reports, highlighting defect patterns, identifying release risks and recommendations
- Constantly deep dive on team’s activity, obsessing over defects diversity, their quality and accuracy in providing actionable insights for Production teams
- Support & train QA partners on efficient debugging and test coverage of PC specific areas, defect impact analysis and root cause analysis for PC specific defects
- Partner with Productions, propose and advocate for industry standards implementations for PC specific features
- Partner with Productions and internal teams to develop Automation solutions and generate high quality coverage of PC specs
