Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8 am - 4 pm
Job Description:
This is a desk-based job where 80% of your day will be primarily spent writing stability protocols and stability studies. You will monitor these programs by ensuring appropriate run times and sample allocation. The other 20% of your time will be spent monitoring, maintaining, and coordinating the stability chambers, checking for heat and humidity to ensure they are within requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Establish and coordinate the product stability program to ensure all activities are performed effectively.
+ Develop stability studies and protocols that meet customer stability requirements, including determining sample stability requirements, developing stability protocols and reports, performing study set-up, and overseeing study completion.
+ Monitor and maintain stability chambers, ensuring proper documentation of all associated activities such as excursions and deviations.
+ Implement a visual system to ensure 100% compliance with pull schedules, testing, and reporting.
+ Provide and maintain accurate documentation to meet regulatory (ICH) and client requirements.
+ Prepare stability time-point, annual, and end-of-study reports as required.
+ Accurately record results and additional observations.
+ Communicate with R&D and Quality Control regarding results, trends, conclusions, problems, and recommendations to resolve issues promptly.
+ Utilize data to focus improvement efforts, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
+ Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or related field (preferred but not required).
+ 2+ years of industry experience either working in a chemistry lab environment or working within stability (ideal industries would be pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, personal care, food processing, medical device).
+ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Windows and Office.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $36.06
