Experience

Technical Consultant: 8+ years of experience in QA/testing roles with architectural exposure.

Skills

Proficient in designing and executing testing strategies for diverse technologies. Expertise in API testing, automation frameworks/ performance/security testing tools. Strong presentation, facilitation, and documentation skills. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

Provide architectural solutions and technical guidance for QA projects. Design and implement robust testing frameworks and strategies. Communicate complex systems effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Delivery Excellence

Ensure high-quality deliverables, including test plans, documentation, and detailed design outputs. Independently manage assigned tasks and ensure first-time quality execution. Lead the delivery of testing solutions aligned with client business and technology strategies.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

Mentor and guide junior team members, cultivating high-performing QA teams. Act as a career counselor and role model for team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, developers, and stakeholders.

Client Engagement

Represent the organization professionally in client interactions. Build strong client relationships, adapting to different situations and resolving conflicts effectively. Serve as a trusted advisor, instilling confidence in the organization’s QA capabilities.

Solution Design & Consulting

Understand unique business and technical requirements to design appropriate solutions. Develop technical requirements documentation and conceptual testing frameworks. Lead discussions around technical considerations during pre-sales and solutioning phases.
