•    Verify X-ray machines are working correctly
•    Weigh and Verify weights of packages.
•    Take and Record Temperatures of products
•    Verify Correct Labels are on the product
•    Weigh out Spices
•    Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices are being followed by all employees
•    Perform Simple Math
•    Computer knowledge needed to enter data
•    Ability to work in a cold and wet environment
•    Knowledge of SSOP’s 
•    Knowledge of HACCP 
•    Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
•    Follow our color code system in regard to food safety.
•    Other duties as directed by Supervisor.

Job Requirements
Food safety and quality are the responsibility of every individual working at Kansas City Sausage Company.  You are expected to:
•    Follow USDA/SQF and GMP guidelines.
•    Stay focused on quality while maintaining speed.
•    Ability to work in temperature extremes from 38°F to -17°F.
•    Ability to stand 8+ hours per day.
