**QA Technician** Quality Control Pomona, CA, US Pay Rate Low: 18 | Pay Rate High: 20 + Added - 06/01/2025 Apply for Job The Quality Control Technician supports production processes, performs quality checks, and ensures compliance with food safety and company standards. This role requires presence on the production floor and direct interaction with staff. **Pay** : $18-$20/hr **Shift** : 2nd Shift, 2:30pm-10:00pm **Key Responsibilities** : + Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products. + Perform pre-operation inspections, allergen inspections, and daily GMP audits. + Collect, log, and maintain production/processing samples and retain samples. + Document and manage non-conforming products. + Investigate product complaints and prepare inspection reports. + Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including FDA, USDA, HACCP, and GMP. **Qualifications** : + High School Diploma or equivalent + Food/nutra manufacturing experience + GMP and HACCP experience + **Preferred** : Bilingual (English/Spanish), experience with GFSI, Kosher, and lab food testing.
