Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
1. Schedule / coordinate and perform calibration and correlation of inspection and measuring instruments being used by machine shop, inspection and FFF.
2. Conducts Continual Activity meetings and o activities and perform follow-up/verification and audits.
3. Data collection, tracking and data analysis for QA Report which includes but not limited to Machine Shop Yield Report, customer-required data, MRB documents and other related files.
4. Understand all aspects of customer and supplier quality problems and/or issues and recommend satisfactory resolutions using data collection, root cause and trend analyses.
5. Performs centralized purchased request for QA Department needs.
6. Assigned as QA document custodian. Overall coordinator of QMS documentation for
registration, obsoleting, disposal.
7. Other jobs/duties that may be required.

• Perform work safely and in accordance with the EHS Policy, Procedures and provisions of the Standards, and to report any work hazard (unsafe conditions or unsafe practices) that may be discover in the workplace and to make suggestion for correction or removal of the potential hazards.
• Practice the 5S and waste segregation program, and to support the activities on waste reduction, storm drain management, water and energy consumption reduction.

Qualifications:
➢ Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent course with relevant experience in an Engineering or Quality discipline.
➢ Experience: 3 to 5 years related automated test equipment or semi-conductor
industry experience. Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001 :2015 quality management system standards. ISO Auditor certification preferred.
➢ Skills/Technical Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of the organization. Project coordination skills. Computer literate in MS Office and timeline software. Familiar with probability and other related statistical tools. Training for calibration and ISO 9001 :2015 from competent training provider is required.
