\n Conduct routine product testing related to quality control and product development Maintain all production records, test results and retain samples of finished product and raw materials (resin, regrinds etc.) to ensure compliance with standards Evaluate product put on hold by production and determine appropriate course of action Assign silos, verify weights and documentation of incoming deliveries Maintain inventory of required lab supplies and ensure proper maintenance of lab equipment Send out daily Quality reports to the Extrusion team Assign, measure and relabel rework rolls Support the Quality Supervisor in conducting investigations and implementing preventive and corrective actions for Quality issues. In case of material non-conformance, immediately inform (in writing and in-person) the shift supervisor so that immediate containment, rejection, and corrective measures are taken Provide training and support to the manufacturing team on quality issues. Perform calibration checks and testing on lab instruments and production quality testing instruments Core Sampling & testing of incoming regrinds for contamination Audit production lines for Quality compliance Participate in shift hand-over meetings Coordinate with production staff in order to obtain finished product samples and production documentation Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in own work area and around work units Perform all work in a safe manner and fully comply with the Safety and Quality (GMP) policies and procedures of the Company Any other duties as assigned by the Management \n Minimum 2 years of experience within the Quality field in a manufacturing environment Team player with multi-tasking abilities Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) Able to lift and move product / parts / boxes when required Able to use a desktop computer to enter test results Able to read and analyze measurements on lab equipment Good knowledge of Microsoft office Highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Able to work monthly day & night shift rotation \nBenefits
