**QA Technician- Graveyard** Quality Assurance Orange County, CA, US Pay Rate Low: 22 | Pay Rate High: 25 + Added - 03/03/2025 Apply for Job A growing food manufacturer in Fullerton, CA is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician (Graveyard Shift) to join their team! **Shift:** Monday-Friday, 10pm-6:30am, plus occasional Sunday 2am-6:30am **Pay Rate:** $22-$25/hr **Responsibilities:** + Perform Pre-Op sanitation inspections and ATP/environmental swabs + Conduct chemical and physical analysis (e.g., pH, viscosity, color) + Ensure plant equipment calibration and manage laboratory materials + Verify temperatures in coolers, freezers, and processing rooms + Perform HACCP verifications and review QA/QC records + Conduct metal detector and label verifications + Train employees on hygienic practices and safety standards + Interface with USDA inspectors and recommend corrective actions + Maintain accurate inspection files and prepare reports **Requirements:** + HS Diploma or GED + 2+ years of food manufacturing experience + Familiarity with sanitation checks and product quality evaluation + Ability to implement improvements in product, process, and sanitation This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
