Responsibilities
Our client is seeking a motivated QA Tester to join their team! In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of software applications by conducting thorough testing, identifying issues, and collaborating with development teams for resolution.
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure application quality and performanceIdentify, document, and track software defects using established defect tracking toolsPerform functional, integration, regression, and system testingCollaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverageAnalyze testing results to ensure systems meet functional and performance requirementsContribute to continuous process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectivenessMaintain detailed documentation of test processes, results, and defect resolutionProvide feedback to the development team to improve product qualityRequirements
A Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience or Associate’s degree with 3+ years of related experience in software quality assurance or testingStrong understanding of software development life cycles and QA methodologiesProficiency in using test management tools and defect tracking systemsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentPreferred Requirements
Experience with JIRA/ConfluenceWorking knowledge of the SAFe methodologyExperience with Pega is preferredEducation/Certification Requirements
