QA Tester/Product Owner
Our Media Delivery client is seeking a QA Tester/Product Owner to support current projects. This team supports internal operations, business and finance applications. This person will be more of a QA tester than Product Owner. They need to be database heavy with basic SQL scripting experience. Manual Testing.

Responsibilities
· As part of Product Management team, Product Owner will be working in an Agile environment assisting in product management, production support and testing as needed
· Track, analyze and troubleshoot system issues reported and work collaboratively with the business users and technical team to get issues resolved in a time-sensitive environment.
· Gain an understanding of the functionalities of applications being supported and work towards taking ownership of the system and proactively identify recurring and/or challenging issues and coordinate resolution with development team to facilitate continuous improvement.
· Evaluate, manage, and prioritize enhancement requests submitted by users and convert the requirements to Epics, features and user stories.
· Identify, communicate, and decompose business requirements into small, functional user stories.
· Review and communicate user stories with business users and technical team to ensure complete understanding by all stakeholders while working within an Agile framework.
· Define functional and non-functional requirements in the form of acceptance criteria.
· Provide testing support by validating against the acceptance criteria and ensure functionality developed successfully addresses the user stories allocated to each sprint.
· Act as the primary point of contact for any product-related questions or concerns from the development team and users.
· Actively participate and contribute to all sprint ceremonies (Story grooming, stand up meetings, release review, sprint planning ).
