We are seeking a QA/QC Specialist. Our QA/QC Specialist is responsible for conducting a quality review of documents including drawings, specifications, and narratives prior to delivery to clients as an outside member of the design team. The QA/QC Specialist works to identify missing information that may prevent a general contractor from being able to accurately bid and construct the project and reviews overall constructability, adherence to company standards, and discipline alignment. They are responsible for working with our Cost Estimating Team for constructability review and cost impacts. A successful candidate will have ten or more years in design and/or construction. Computer skills: Bluebeam, MS Project, and MS Office Suite. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction, or related field. Salary range: $95,000-$110,000 The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
