What does a QC do at Hogarth?

The QC ensures all video, audio, print materials and collects of projects are received and delivered correctly to the highest quality and according to brand /client specifications.
 

Duties:

Ensure all video and print deliverables meet brand guidelines, creative intent, technical specs (format, resolution, aspect ratio, duration, etc.), and language/localization requirements. Ingests QC of assets and materials shared by clients or partners to validate their suitability for adaptations, post-production, or print work Create detailed QC checklists tailored to asset types (e.g., social, TV, OOH, digital banners, print) and platforms (e.g., Meta, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic, etc.). Act as a bridge between teams to flag errors early, clarify feedback loops, and prevent repeated issues across campaigns or asset batches. Regularly perform audits on completed jobs and random samples to ensure overall quality is maintained, especially in high-volume delivery projects. Log and track errors, provide detailed and constructive feedback to teams, and ensure corrections are implemented before delivery. Track common issues and generate regular QC reports to identify trends, recurring problems, or training needs within the production pipeline. Review and validate that all assets adhere to specific platform policies (e.g., Facebook text limits, YouTube safe zones, TikTok durations). Ensure language versions are correctly adapted and formatted, and that cultural relevance and translation integrity are maintained across regions. Identify opportunities for automation, AI tools, or streamlined processes to handle large volumes efficiently without compromising quality.

Requirements:

Bachelors in communication or Graphic Design 3 years of experience on a Video/ Moving Images Studio Knowledge Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator softwares. Plus, knowledge any 3D software (Maya, Blender, Cinema 4d) Plus Knowledge Composition Software(Nuke, Fusion Studio,) Office Microsoft Suit

Skills:
