Support Model Year Change and Engineering Change implementation.Assign workload and manage QC technicians and their subordinatesCollect and  analyze Quality data ,  assist Quality manager  to  monitor Quality indicators.Prepare control plan and sampling plan for assembly lineCoordinate master sample releaseNon-conforming material disposition coordinationSupervise the calibration and MSASupervise machine release and process capability study (Ppk and Cpk study)Supervise the Holder release and Process releaseSupervise key position certification & Teardown process.Complete task assigned by Quality Manager.Have the  authority to stop lines  and report to QM timely if production is out of control. Implement PTC and push process improvement.
