Quality Control (QC) Digital Backbone is a new section within the Quality Control Basel Kaiseraugst organization comprising approximately 30 employees, organized in 2 teams and subject matter experts. This unit focuses on Master Data Management, Application Support as well as BPM ( Business process Manager) /BPO (Business Process Owner) tasks within the digital QC systems. 

The Opportunity

As a QC E2E Digital Expert you are a member of the Master data Management team and will be responsible for the digital systems in the Quality Control Department Basel / Kaiseraugst (e.g. SingleLIMS, ASPIRE, Speca) which is crucial to ensure compliance of our products.

Your other main tasks and responsibilities

Member of the QC Master Data Management team within the section QC Digital Backbone.

Responsible for the local Master data within the area of responsibility (SingleLIMS, ASPIRE& Speca).

Operational support of these systems incl. Incident management, documentation and reporting.

Harmonisation of local master data between Basel, Kaiseraugst and global interfaces.

Drive improvements with regards to the local lab systems

Ensuring a good flow of information within and outside your own organizational area.

Development, implementation and execution of QC strategies and goals with local as well as global partners.

Represent the area in audits and inspections; Ensure procedures and documentation are regulatory compliant and inspection ready.

Following your studies in life-sciences, you have 3+ years professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the field of quality assurance or quality control testing.

Preferable experience in the area of IT systems within the pharmaceutical industry.

You are familiar with LPS methodology, have extensive expertise in cGMP, as well as profound knowledge of local and international GMP regulations.

You take on challenging tasks independently, have the analytical ability to evaluate complex issues and make decisions.

You have a professional and results-oriented work style and are focused on continuous improvement.

As an integrative personality with strong communication skills, you are able to build trusting and effective relationships with a wide range of partners at the Kaiseraugst site and in the global Roche network.

Your excellent communication skills in fluent German or English enable you to deal with interlocutors at all levels.
