Adecco is partnering with a client in Carlsbad, CA, to recruit an QC Final Inspector for a temp-to-hire opportunity. The Final Inspector is responsible for the final inspection of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards before they reach customers. This role plays a key part in upholding commitment to quality through meticulous inspection and documentation. **Responsibilities:** + Perform final inspections on finished products across all technologies to ensure quality standards are met. + Use hand measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. + Review technical drawings to confirm dimensional and visual standards. + Generate NCRs for any material found discrepant in the final inspection. + Apply GD&T standards in the measurement of final parts. + Document inspection results accurately in the internal QA database. + Maintain inspection and measurement tools and follow guidelines. + Provide feedback to the QA Manager or QC Lead on any inspection issues. + Additional responsibilities as required. **Education / Experience Requirements:** + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Preferably 2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing; relevant education considered. + Proficient in using inspection tools and reading technical drawings. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Microsoft Office skills and Windows PC navigation required. + Exceptional attention to detail and strong manual dexterity. + Experience with production and inspection processes. + Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 standards is beneficial. **Shift:** + 1st shift, Monday to Friday 8am to 430pm **What’s in this for you?** + Weekly paycheck, with pay starting at $ 20.00-21.00 per hour + A manufacturing environment with casual dress standards + Competitive benefit options, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) + Great referral bonus program for you and your friends + Access to thousands of upskilling courses in Adecco’s Aspire Academy (https://www.adeccousa.com/about-adecco-staffing/adecco-programs-partnerships/aspire-academy/) If you meet the qualifications listed above, apply to be considered for this QC Final Inspector Inspector job. **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
