The QC Inspector will be a part of our motivated and close-knit Fulfillment team. This position will be contract (minimum 30 days, with review and possible extension at the end of each 30 days) with potential for contract to hire, and will report to the Director of Customer Service & Fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
Perform Quality inspections on KREWE products to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.Perform Quality inspections specific to inbound products, customer returned products, internal KREWE returned products, and warranty products. Create inspection reports for inspection activity.Create, update and maintain Quality data within NetSuite, Excel spreadsheets or other identified QC system as requiredReport to management on QC Inspection results and KPI’s as required.Create and maintain files for inspection standards.Create and maintain an organized QC work area such that products are easily and readily identifiable.Communicate with Customer Service on the status of returned and warranty products.Ensure that approved and refurbished products are returned to inventory in accordance with the restocking procedures.Ensure that defective and unusable products are marked and dispositioned properly in accordance with damaged goods procedures.Assist in special projects as needed within the departmentQualifications:
