For our client's renewable project on a refinery site in Sweden we are currently searching for an experienced QC Inspector Piping/Mechanical. Foreseen duration of this project is until end of 2026.

Summary: The QC Inspector provides quality surveillance in the Piping/Mechanical discipline, to support the project site quality program, under the supervision of the Site Quality Manager.

Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities: Monitor/inspect subcontractor construction execution by regular documentation reviews, surveillance, and inspection. Issue daily and area quality reports to appropriate parties and follow up until closure as required. Coordinate with Construction Engineering and Management to initiate timely analysis and resolution of identified quality discrepancies and defects. Provide subject matter support to the site team in their area(s) of expertise.
Typical Minimum Qualifications - Related Education, Experience & Skills: Technical or Engineering Technology diploma, degree or equivalent. Minimum Six (6) years of QA/QC work-related experience. Minimum Three (3) years of onshore construction site work-related experience. High level of experience in inspecting the following areas (with applicable certification from a recognized authority): Welding & non-destructive testing Piping & fixed / rotating equipment installations Fluent in spoken and written English. Swedish, or Nordic nation, work permit holders preferred (EU and UK persons may also be eligible for the position based on experience) Proficient in MS Office applications Willing to relocate to Sweden
