Job Summary

Responsible for executing routine microbiological testing to guarantee product quality, monitoring production environments for contamination, analyzing data, and managing external testing arrangements.
Support for fulfilling other assigned duties.

Routine QC inspections

Assisting for performing routine microbiological testing to ensure product quality meets standards and customer requirements.Monitor production equipment, tools, and facilities for microbiological contamination.

External testing

Arrange and send microbiological samples to external testing laboratories.Follow up on test reports from external laboratories to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Execute the annual external testing plan to accredited laboratories, e.g. Allergen verification, water testing.Organize and archive all external testing-related files and records for traceability.  Provide timely feedback to relevant departments on any issues or deviations.Assist in handling any inquiries or requests from external testing laboratories.

Pre-shipment and Co-shipment Sample Handling and Documentation

Prepare and handle pre-shipment and Co-shipment samples to meet customer requirement.Compile and provide supporting documentation for these samples.

Perform duties as allocated by supervisor/manager.
