This role ensures that products meet the highest standards through meticulous testing at various stages of production. Ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, strong laboratory experience, and a commitment to quality in a GMP-regulated environment. **Schedule:** **Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (flexibility required based on production needs).** **Pay:** $24-$26/hr **Key Responsibilities:** + Conduct in-process, bulk product, and finished goods testing to ensure compliance with quality standards. + Perform routine tests, including pH measurement, specific gravity, viscosity, and sensory evaluations (color, odor, appearance, texture). + Prepare and send product samples to contract labs and customers, ensuring timely follow-ups. + Maintain accurate records of QC assays, including lot numbers, test results, and physical observations. + Perform daily, weekly, and monthly calibrations of laboratory equipment. + Keep an organized and clean workspace, adhering to GMP and safety regulations. **Qualifications:** + **Education & Experience:** + High school diploma with 3-4 years of relevant laboratory experience. + Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 1 year of hands-on experience (new graduates with relevant academic experience considered). + **Technical Skills:** + Experience working in a GMP-regulated laboratory environment. + Strong understanding of quality control procedures and testing methods. + Basic math and computer proficiency. + Experience with pH testing, specific gravity, viscosity, and sensory evaluations is a plus.
