The QC Laboratory Technician will support laboratory operations by performing routine activities such as instrument checks and maintenance, preparation of buffers and reagents, maintaining laboratory glassware, and sterilizing parts and equipment and other activities in accordance with the key responsibilities of the position. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: Prepare buffers, solutions and reagents Perform daily instrument checks or calibrations on pH meters, balances and other laboratory equipment Wash and maintain laboratory glassware Operate laboratory autoclave to sterilize parts and equipment Manage samples and associated documentation for duration of sample lifecycle, both physically and electronically. Performs routine departmental GMP activities (lab instrument calibrations, preventive maintenance, audits, work orders, etc) Laboratory upkeep and maintenance (5S, routine equipment cleaning, etc) Orders, receives and labels laboratory reagents.
