QC Lead – Sweden – Data Centre

 

We are currently partnering with a multi-disciplinary engineering services contractor specialising in Pharmaceuticals, Data Centres, Power Transmission and distribution. Due to their continued success they are seeking a QC Lead to join and grow with their team in Sweden.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Develop and Implement QA Processes
Establish and maintain comprehensive quality assurance processes for all stages of the data centre project, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. Oversee Quality Control Inspections
Lead regular inspections and audits of construction activities, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards. Coordinate with Project Teams
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality standards are understood, maintained, and integrated throughout the project lifecycle. Manage Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions
Identify any non-conformities or quality issues, take corrective actions, and ensure that effective solutions are implemented to maintain project quality standards. Quality Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all quality assurance activities, inspections, test results, and non-conformances, providing regular progress reports to senior management. Training & Development
Provide ongoing quality assurance training to team members and contractors, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the project.

 

Requirements

 

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Construction management, or equivalent 5 years Quality management experience preferably in a Data Centre environment Willingness to travel

 

Benefits

Up to €85,000 per annum + full rotational package
