Job Description

You will be responsible for performing bench testing, including sample preparation, wet chemistry, standard weighing, and dilutions. Over time, you will receive training on HPLC and GC. You will work in both the Oral Dose Solids and Nasals departments. Your primary duties involve conducting chemical and physical analyses to support the development of manufacturable multisource pharmaceutical products, providing analytical support for the release of registration materials for regulatory submissions, and assisting in analytical method validation and transfer activities.

ResponsibilitiesPerform assigned analytical tasks to support product development, registration lot release, and pre- and post-regulatory submission activities.Complete tasks within assigned timelines and in compliance with cGXP's and company practices and procedures.Follow work instructions, SOPs, and company practices.Document analytical activities and results accurately, in a timely manner, and right-first time while maintaining data integrity.Follow written analytical procedures and identify execution challenges of analytical methods.Support troubleshooting activities.Essential SkillsExperience in dilutions, sample preparation, biochemistry, quality control, and chemistry.Bachelor's degree in a Science field is required.Preferably a degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry, but candidates with degrees in Biology, Microbiology, or Pharmaceutical Science with strong chemistry lab experience will be considered.Prior lab experience, including academic experience, is essential.Ability to work in a team environment.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work with supervision using scientific judgment and professional competency.Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment where you will spend time working in both the quality group and occasionally the manufacturing area. The work schedule is 1st shift, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00
