Job description

 

Mission Description: Ensure that pharmaceutical products meet specified quality standards before reaching the consumer. Implement and maintain quality control systems to enhance product quality and compliance with industry standards. Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards specific to pharmaceutical manufacturing. Ensure adherence to quality control procedures throughout the production process. Conduct inspections and tests on pharmaceutical products at various stages of production. Utilize various tools and techniques to measure and test products against quality standards. Collect and analyze data from tests and inspections. Identify trends and areas for improvement based on data analysis. Investigate and resolve quality issues and defects. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future issues. Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities. Prepare reports on quality performance and issues. Ensure that pharmaceutical products comply with industry standards and regulations. Stay updated on changes in pharmaceutical quality standards and regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality. Lead or participate in quality improvement projects. Train production staff on quality control procedures and standards. Promote a culture of quality within the organization. Profile Requirements: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in quality control within a pharmaceutical or related manufacturing environment. Demonstrate proficiency in quality control tools and techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Statistical Process Control). Be familiar with inspection and testing equipment. Exhibit strong data analysis and trend identification skills. Possess excellent problem-solving abilities. Who are we? Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
