Experience with ELISA, QC testing, and supervisory roles required._ **Job Posting:** Quality Control Supervisor **Pay** : $80,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience) **Location** : Santa Clara, CA **Responsibilities** : + Manage QC Team project rotation scheduling and assignments. + Oversee raw material qualification, inspection of final products, and documentation of testing results. + Participate in QC audits, staff performance evaluations, and the development of corrective actions. + Monitor daily labor assignments of the associates. + Handle project distribution and general qualification among the team. + Partner with other departments on procedural changes or corrective actions. + Evaluate inventory levels of raw materials. + Daily troubleshooting of deviations. + 70% office-based, 30% lab and cold room work. + Develop and implement quality control testing and product inspection at various stages. + Write and create reports documenting production or incoming raw material issues **Essential Education and Qualifications** : + BS/MS in Biology, Chemistry, or Life Sciences. + 3+ years of clinical lab experience, including drug testing. + 1-3 years of supervisory or lead experience in QC or lab environment. + Experience with ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay). + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
