1. Conduct laboratory performance tests to support raw material substitution or new product introduction.
2. Perform microbiological tests on water-based products as requested by customers.
3. Support Process Engineer and QA Manager in process and product improvement projects.
4. Monitor behavior of water based and hotmelt products during process, packing, storage and before delivery to customers.
5. Perform evaluation of incoming raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials and reports to QA manager/supervisor for verification.
6. Implement investigation on customer complaints on product quality non-conformances which may be related to production.
7. Perform line inspection and verification during process packing and storage of product.
8. Generate Certificate of Analysis of products for delivery.
9. Conduct records keeping/filing documents as needed.
10. Collects and maintains retain sample of raw materials and finished goods in good condition.
11. Support in reducing and reworking out-of-specification, slow, and non-moving products.
12. To ensure that all lab equipment are well maintained, clean, and regularly calibrated.
13. To perform housekeeping to ensure that the QC laboratory are properly cleaned and maintained.
14. To perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
15. Compliant to HBF’s EHS policy and ensure safety at work at all times.
16. Know well how to operate: P3K, APAR (Fire Extinguisher), and Safety Devices
