Exceptional leadership and communications skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally, are key success factors for this role. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, has led technical teams and is well-versed in state-of-the-art tools and technologies that enable industry-leading QE / testing organizations. ₹0 - ₹0 a yearResponsibilitiesAccountable for the Quality of the deliverables across Saviynt featuresDriving multiple quality initiatives in coordination with Development managers.Recruit and Manage QE staff to deliver on business needs and strategic visionRecommend tools and technologies to improve automation and regression testing; execute plans to modernize and scale with new solutions and innovative tools/approachesHelp drive the implementation and rollout of Saviynt’s QE processes and metrics, aligning them with business/customer needs and fast paced company dynamicEnforce key measurements/metrics to quantify and benchmark QE effectiveness, adjusting processes for continuous improvementAlign with Product Management to understand business needs and ensure quality is cemented early in the product development life cyclePartner with development managers to provide guidance using agile methodologies such as Test-Driven Development, Behaviour Driven Development etc. and other Agile techniquesWork side by side with engineering managers to enforce an 'automation first' strategy to test case execution; ensure CI/CD pipeline key integration to drive product quality
QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field required.12+ years of experience in software QE. 3+ years of experience in managing QE teamsDirect management of cross functional, matrixed Quality teams;Driven, results oriented with exceptional communications skillsDevOps and CI/CD tools –Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, GIT. Code coverage tools like SonarExperience with modern/industry-leading Test Automation ToolsExperience with a broad set of testing and analysis toolsExperience with working with globally distributed teamAble to connect and articulate the links between technical capability and business needSaviynt is an amazing place to work.
