Manage Healthy, Safety&Environment at factory level, Adopt and manage quality management system to build up a sustainable QEHS system.
Job Responsibilities• Setup, implement and continues improve the factory QEHS management system (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949, etc.) to ensure the compliance to the standards and customer requirements;
• Ensure the local QEHS system compliance to ONE integrated management system with Segment/BU requirements;
• Lead internal audit, management review and external audit, tracking improvement actions and drive continues improvement;
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards, assess risks associated with machinery, chemicals, and working practices, and implement strategies to mitigate these risks;
• Design and implement environmental management systems to monitor and mitigate the environmental impact of the organization's activities;
• Manage waste disposal, emissions, and effluent discharge to ensure compliance with environmental regulations;
• EHS risk identification in the new/changing/expanding project management in factory, develop control measures and emergency plans;
• Build up EHS knowledge database, design and deliver EHS training/propagandizing for employees to promote awareness and understanding of safety protocols;
• Monitor domestic and international EHS-related regulatory updates to ensure factory operations are compliant;
• Responsible for EHS incident investigate and report;
• Establish a QEHS KPI monitoring system, regularly report data such as quality accident rate, energy consumption, and work-related injury rate to support management decision-making;

1. Bachelor degree in electronics/materials/environment/safety related majors
2. At least 3 years of experience in EHS management, semiconductor/power modules/automotive related industry is preferred
3. VDA 6.3 experience is a plus.
4. EHS related certifications and licenses is preferred, such as CSE/CSP/CIH etc.
5. Strong self-study and good motivation
6. Communication, inter-personal skills and organization skills which allow efficient communication and engagement at all levels and functions
7. English can be treated as working language
