QHSE Administrator

Corrpro Canada is seeking a Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Administrator.

Corrpro Canada, is Canada's largest corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring business for the protection and preservation of infrastructure. Corrpro Canada provides professional corrosion consulting and cathodic protection engineering services to major oil companies, government agencies, municipal water, sewer and gas utilities, universities, and public transportation agencies. Corrpro Canada has complete construction installation services, including crews and equipment to install any type of cathodic protection system for any type of structure.

Position Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Support the HSE Manager with day to day department needs.Prepare departmental documents, such as reports, organizational charts and company announcements.Provide administrative support to the Safety department for all D&A test bookings.Handle all daily routine administrative clerical duties, as needed.Serve as administrative liaison for other departments and offices.Support the Safety department with company safety databases, including intranet and internet Databases (SharePoint, Smartsheet’s, Workhub etc.), includes reviewing and approving Workhub forms.Support the Safety department with external prequalification systems such as ISNet and Complyworks.Support HSE Manager with office emergency evacuation and coordinate annual fire drill, monthly fire extinguisher inspections and office inspections.Support Safety department with New Hire Orientation for employees, including setting employees up with Safety training.Support the WCB case management process.Support HSE Manager with issuing PPE and maintaining inventory, specifically PPE and review inspection.Assist with quality documentationAssist with quality auditsPerform QA field observationsTravel to field sites is expected to:Perform inspectionsPerform and assist with auditsInterface with client HSE PersonnelOther Safety duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

2 years of analytical and administrative experience within Safety and/or Quality Departments

Knowledge of WCB case management process helpful

Professional and positive interpersonal communication skills, including experience working with confidential information are a must

Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a high paced work environment

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook required

Experience working in an engineering and/or construction industry, especially in the Oil and Gas sector preferred
