Position: QHSE Advisor

Location: Cardiff, CF62 3YA

Role: Full Time, office based 

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Mitie has the perfect opportunity for you! Join our vibrant team on a long-standing contract and assist in ensuring Mitie operations are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.

 

Main Duties

As the QHSE Advisor, you will be responsible for implementing the integrated business management system, identifying, and minimising the risk of accidents, and working with the QHSE team to develop key business improvements. You will also be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of legislation and codes of practice applicable to the company's business, and ensuring operational managers and personnel have the appropriate technical competence to work safely. Conduct and carry out daily Audits Support the Project Supervisor with new H&S regulations

 

 

What we are looking for:

Understanding of CDM Regulations, Someone driven and wanting to progress, Confident working independently Excellent communication skills NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent, Grad IOSH working towards CMIOSH Knowledge of risk assessment and management, and work in a commercial, client-facing environment
