As a QESH BP/prevention advisor level II you will
Be responsible for safety and wellbeing of employees in the workplace Participate in the safety council as secretary Create risk analysis and well being policies Create safety and well being advises based on regulationsBe the contact person for external regulators and emergency service regarding safety and well beingSupport Accident/Incident investigationsAccurately complete all documentation in a timely mannerCommunicate verbal and written instructions at a high professional standardDeal with emergency situations calmly and in accordance with Company and Client policies and proceduresEnsure the company is compliant with all legislationDevise the company’s QHSE plan and ensure its implementation.Achieve the high level of Quality that is in line with customer expectationsPerform reporting, risk assessments and auditing and observes all QHSE related activities and policies within Bruker microCT.Ensures operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in conformance to federal, provincial and company safety regulations by integrating and implementing company and third-party QHSE policies and procedures.Manage the QHSE audit, training and improvement plansImplement and maintain a paper-trail and filing system for internal and external auditing purposesUnderstand and be familiar with work flow processes, procedures and systems Qualifications
Degree of prevention advisor level II
Experience in safety standards practices and procedures will be advantageous;
Quality Assurance and Quality Control experience;
Knowledge of ISO;
Ability to accurately complete all documentation in a timely manner;
Ability to Implement and maintain a paper-trail and filing system for internal and external auditing purposes;
Ability to understand and be familiar with work flow processes, procedures and systems;
Ability to communicate verbal and written instructions at a high professional standard;
Ability to deal with emergency situations calmly and in accordance with Company and Client policies and procedures;
