Job Description HSEQ Coordinator – Offshore Fleet (Qatar)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HSEQ Coordinator to join a dynamic team supporting a fleet of offshore vessels in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HSEQ processes in line with company IMS, ISO standards, and local legislation. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and safety inspections across sites and vessels. Prepare HSE reports, monitor KPIs, and drive safety initiatives. Coordinate and deliver training programs, inductions, and safety meetings. Investigate incidents, ensure timely reporting, and implement corrective actions. Oversee contractor safety compliance and manage employee medical certifications. Qualifications Degree or professional registration (preferred). 3-5 years of HSEQ coordination experience, including ISO system implementation. Candidates already based in Qatar are preferred, as relocation support is not provided.
