Job description  :

  

1. Audit Management

   -     Responsible for ISO system implementation for Industry department.

Responsible for internal and external audits for industrial department as ISO 9001, ISO 45000 , ISO 17065

           and ISO 17020, ).  

   -    Following up on corrective actions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.  

Following up customer satisfaction /complains

 

 2. Responsible for  HSE – Group KPIs

Responsible for Industry HSE KPIs , Attend and actively participate in HSE meetings to discuss safety performance and improvement initiatives.  

 

3.  HSE for  projects

Prepare HSE presentations for clients, showcasing our commitment to health and safety standards.  Develop and prepare HSE plans for projects following the awarding phase.   Ensure that project-specific HSE plans align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.   Monitor the implementation of HSE plans and adjust as necessary to achieve safety objectives Develop and maintain emergency response plans. Lead investigations into workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses. Prepare detailed reports outlining root causes and recommend corrective actions.

 

4. Competency Management

   - Review and monitor the competency levels of staff across all department according to company internal procedures

    -Following up supervision plans for core team and subcontractors

 

5. Support in Tender Preparation

   - Prepare comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) questionnaires for industry department tenders.  

   - Collaborate with project teams to ensure that all HSE aspects are effectively addressed in tender submissions.  

   - Present HSE strategies and initiatives to clients to enhance tender competitiveness

 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field Certified Internal OR  lead auditor for  ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45000 Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence positive change. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and develop effective solutions to complex HSE challenges
