Airswift is seeking a QHSE Manager to work in a permanent contract in Rio das Ostras with a major Oil & Gas Company.
Responsible for managing HSSEQ activities, implementing corporate plans, processes and tools in the region.  Monitors and influences the implementation of actions to  monitors and influences the implementation of actions to meet legal requirements, certifications and compliance with company standards and best practices in the HSSEQ sector.
Oversees the HSSEQ requirements necessary to maintain certifications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
- Leading the HSEQ team
- Drawing up the HSEQ Plan
- Preparing a critical analysis of HSEQ and creating a study of risks and opportunities in the area;
- Survey, control and analyze HSEQ indicators;
- Carrying out training and/or appointing qualified suppliers to meet the demands of  HSEQ training;
- Promoting the dissemination of the HSEQ culture within the organization;
- Carrying out asset audits and inspections;
- Preparing the accident investigation analysis for the monthly QLMT meeting together with the Project Manager. monthly QLMT meeting;
- Managing the maintenance and certification of the management system with the DNV certifier;

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 
Higher education
Fluent English;
Advanced knowledge of digital HSEQ management tools and legal compliance controls;
Knowledge of Safety and Environmental Management; Knowledge of ISO 14.001;
Knowledge of OHSAS 45001.
Proficiency in HSEQ management tools and legal compliance controls.
Experience in conducting internal and external audits and safety inspections.
