Job Purpose:

To ensure the day-to-day HSE activities in the sites are carried out safely as per the expectations of the company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine HSE inspections of workplaces to observe safe systems of work, safe use of equipment, hazardous substances, lifting equipment etc. and record observations in checklists provided. Observe and monitor the proper use, maintenance, and storage of PPE. Observe and monitor at-risk behaviours of persons at work which may cause harm. Report deviations that may, pose a significant risk to the wellbeing of persons at work, cause harm to the environment, pose a threat to Engie Solutions operations and client assets. Participate in conducting Toolbox Talks; Risk Assessments; and in-house trainings as and when required. Assist in emergency response activities and provision of first aid at work. Report Near-Miss incidents. Maintain proper records of activities and assist in preparing QHSE Reports.

Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma NEBOSH International General Certificate At least 1-2 years of experience in HSE
