QHSE Specialist – North East Asia

We are hiring immediately for QHSE Specialist NEA - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.
 

Purpose of the Job

Ensure effective implementation of QHSE policies and procedures and assist in a sustainable culture of QHSE at depots and site locations across the then North-East Asia business (Japan / South Korea / Taiwan).

What you’ll do

Assist in the implementation of policies, processes that promote continuous improvement of Quality, Health, Safety, & EnvironmentAssist in the completion of project tenders relating to QHSEProviding advice and assistance to functional managers, supervisors and staffAssists in ensuring compliance to local legislative requirements across the Aggreko North-East Asia region including Japan, South Korea and TaiwanAssist in producing learning/safety alerts in line with reports received within the global risk and accident databaseAssist in the QHSE internal and external audit programmeMaintains Aggreko QHSE documentation  and support translationEnsure adherence to Aggreko’s policies, procedures and standards in sites and depots.Assist and deliver QHSE training to staff.Assist QHSE induction to new starters and existing employeesConduct Risk assessmentsAssist in accident/incident investigations

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

High level written and verbal communication (English and Japanese)University Degree Qualifications in related discipline preferredPossess certified course in Health, Safety or EnvironmentalAuditing experience preferably with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001Computer literate, experience with MS office packagesEffective administrator, well organized and methodicalAble to travel with in the North East Asia Region
