JOB SUMMARY
Provides regional leadership and technical expertise for the administration and compliance of company health, safety, and environmental programs across multiple Houston area facilities. Leverages experience in both service and process environments to implement and maintain comprehensive QHSE programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting a proactive safety culture.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Risk Management Assessment
Conduct multi-site safety audits and hazard assessmentsDevelop and implement corrective actions through root cause analysisManage incident investigations and case management across facilitiesCoordinate industrial hygiene assessments and environmental monitoringAdminister and update site emergency response plans and crisis management plans, as needed.Technical Operations Compliance
Oversee site safety, process safety, and chemical management programsManage site-specific regulatory compliance documentation and waste management systemsImplement and maintain electronic QMS and LIMS programsEnsure compliance with OSHA, EPA/TCEQ, and other regulatory requirementsStrategic Leadership Program Management
Direct and promote company-wide proactive safety culture across multiple facilitiesDevelop and implement regional QHSE strategy aligned with internationally recognized and industry quality standards. Lead continuous improvement initiatives through kaizen principlesManage and coordinate facility safety committees and cross-functional teamsDocumentation Reporting
Manage multisite QHSE metrics and KPI reportingCreate and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, policies, and procedures for facilitiesOversee regulatory reporting requirements (OSHA 300 Log, TIER II, etc.)Generate technical reports for management review and customer distributionTraining Development
Assist with development and delivery of QHSE training programs across multiple facilitiesEnsure compliance with training requirements and maintain training recordsProvide technical guidance to operations teamsLead knowledge transfer initiatives across regional facilities
