Role Summary: The Quality Improvement Investigator with the support of the Assistant Director of QI is responsible for reviewing, investigating, and documenting incidents within the agency. They will assist with the implementation of agency-wide policies, procedures and training to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines pertaining to incident management.

 

Role Responsibilities:

Conducts, coordinates, and documents incident investigations. Reviews incident documents, communicating with and making recommendations to Directors, Supervisors, other Investigators and agency Administration. Compiles, organizes, and distributes incident packets and reports. Creates and maintains spreadsheets pertaining to incident management. Represents the department at meetings and trainings pertaining to Incidents or Quality Management issues and/or initiatives. Assists with ongoing incident training throughout the agency. Assists with the development of the annual Trend Report, to include both reportable and non-reportable incidents
